01. When the goods arrived at the buyer, the customer sent three pictures. I replied to the buyer immediately, "that's great." What I meant was that I was glad you received the goods and had no other meaning.
Later, the customer informed me and asked if the goods were damaged. I have already taken screenshots and informed the customer that the edge part of this material is not good-looking because the excess material at the edge was not cut completely during production. However, it will not affect the actual use, nor will it affect the actual cutting and pressing effect. Therefore, We usually suggest that customers cut off the excess edge parts when using it, so as not to affect the overall usage effect. This kind of situation is sometimes unavoidable during production.
